About:

Watsonville is in the Heart is committed to making Pajaro Valley Filipino American histories accessible to students, educators, and researchers and to empowering students to document their own family and community histories. Our team of undergraduate and graduate student researchers works to design engaging and experiential activities, lesson plans, and teaching tools that can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of classroom environments. We seek to co-create our educational resources with K-12 educators, students, and community members.
